Yoga has been part of my life since childhood. I was fortunate to grow up in a home where my parents were deeply connected to yoga, and their influence naturally shaped the way I began to see the world. What started as something I observed at home slowly became a path of inner exploration for me.
Over the years, yoga has revealed itself as much more than physical practice. It is a way of understanding the mind, cultivating awareness, and connecting with the deeper wisdom preserved in Indian philosophical traditions.
In this space, I share reflections from my own journey through yoga philosophy, meditation, and contemplative practice. These writings come from personal experience and sincere study, with the hope that the depth of yoga can feel accessible and meaningful in everyday life.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been walking this path for years, you are warmly welcome here.
